The service

AllowanceQuest helps families track chores and rewards. Balances in the app ("money", "screen time", "stars") are records the family keeps. They are not a bank account, stored value, or money held by us. We never hold, move or transmit funds. Any real payment, such as cash or a Venmo you send, happens outside the app, between family members.

Accounts

Accounts are for adults 18 and over. Children use the app only through a profile their parent or guardian creates, on a device the parent approves. You are responsible for your account and the devices you approve.

Premium

• Premium is billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time in Family → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• If Premium ends, your data stays, but Premium-only features stop.

Acceptable use

Don't upload anything illegal or harmful, including any sexual or exploitative content involving minors. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC as the law requires. Don't try to access other families' data or disrupt the service.

Content

You own what you put in. You give us permission to store and display it to your family, only to run the service. The app's design, artwork, themes and code belong to [Operator legal name].

Ending
